Reflecting on the omelet lab, it will affect the next time I make omelets or any other recipe because I have now learned the science behind eggs. It will also affect how much experience I will have with making foods with eggs. The thing that we did really well in this lab is flipping the omelets, we also stayed very well organized, we managed to eat and clean-up on time. The best part about my omelet was the taste, I added some pepper and a little bit of salt to give it a great taste, I made one at home and added salsa (this gave it a spicy flavor). Next time I would let the egg in for a little more before beginning to "fill in the holes". Thanks to the omelet lab I now know how to make omelets in less than 5 min.
